Sunset Villa faces southwest, while the dock faces west down the Canal. Enjoy Paddle boarding and swimming from your private dock. The canal leads to South Side Marina and Cooper Jack Bay Beach. 1/4 of the way down the Canal, you will see Turtle Lake, a saltwater lake. Have fun looking for turtles. It is a clear blue ocean. Just gorgeous!

We are only 1/2 mile or 1KM from World Famous Grace Bay Beach. Grace Bay Beach is 12 miles long and starts at the mouth of Turtle Cove Marina. We have a Guest Directory with detailed driving directions to all our favorite beach spots all over the Island. You may find you prefer another beach, such as Sapadilla Bay or Taylor Bay Beach. Katherine was the most amazing host . Months before we came she communicated so much helpful information to us . She bent over backwards to accommodate us . She organized a car rental , paddle boards , kayaks and told us all her favorite spots not to miss . While there , she was quick to answer all our questions and helped us with so much . Josie greeted us with refreshments and also gave us amazing insight of the island. The house was clean and so nice . We cooked a lot and felt so comfortable and safe and happy . The beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed there .

Sunset Villa was more than what we expected! Katherine and her assistant Josie made sure that our check in was seamless and answered all of our questions. They arranged our pick up and drop off at the airport which was a huge relieve and it was at a discounted price! Josie was incredibly proactive whenever we felt something was missing, for example we asked for a lock for the 2 gated entrances and before the day was over we had 2 chains and locks in hand. We really felt like they genuinely cared about us enjoying our time on the island. The Villa itself is newly renovated and the beds were very comfortable. One of our favorite part of the Villa was the AC! The dock over the canal gave us front row seats to the most beautiful sunsets and easy access for us to kayak down and explore the area on our own. The location is perfect and it’s within close proximity to plenty of restaurants, beaches, and resorts. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would definitely book this place again!

Our stay was perfect. House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed - from fully equipped kitchen to paddleboards, kayaks, towels. Checkin was easy, met by host who made us run punch and showed us everything. Great value, great outdoor space. Rented Jeep thru them too. Excellent all around.
