TCI Family Villa Rentals with all Amenities

We had the most FABULOUS stay at Villa Bianca! We went with our best friends as we are both celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary this July, and we wanted to do something special. This vacation was everything we had hoped and more. The villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location was excellent. We walked to a few restaurants and the walk to the beach was about 3-5 minutes. The beach was GORGEOUS and there was literally maybe 8 people within a mile in either direction every day. The villa was a perfect size and perfect for relaxing. We laid out by the pool every evening enjoying the breeze. Katherine is an absolute pro at what she does, probably the best AIrbnb host I've ever encountered. She provided us with a wealth of information while I was considering booking, after I booked, and while we were there. I could go on and on, but I will just say that the 4 of us had the trip of a lifetime and would return in a heartbeat. Thanks Katherine for everything! We LOVED it! :)

We just returned from an unforgettable family vacation in Turks and Caicos. From the moment we landed until the second we departed, the entire experience felt like a dream. The home itself is absolute heaven. It is spacious with a sophisticated island-style design, perfectly situated with stunning views. The awesome pool was a highlight. The house had everything we needed for a true home-away-from-home feel: a well-equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 baths and thoughtful touches . We especially loved the incredible reef snorkeling right offshore and the breathtaking transparent blue waters. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible host and staff. They are genuinely kind, responsive, and extraordinarily accommodating. They handled every detail from arranging our airport transfers on arrival, pointing out local spots, to ensuring a smooth departure back to the airport. If you’re considering a stay in TCI, book this one without hesitation. Thanks Katherine and staff.

WOW this was the BEST experience I've had with . Traveled with my 20mo baby and Katherine was an amazing host and made everything easy, she helped schedule pick up and drop off from the airport. Met us at check in and gave us a rundown on what beaches to visit, where to eat, and what to do on our trip. The walk to one of the most beautiful beaches ive ever seen is 5min at most and the house had beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear you might want. The home is private and the pool is amazing. There are restaurants close by and the grocery store is about a 5min drive. All the places we vested were places Katherine recommended, she is like your very own trip planner it was perfect! We plan on coming back and we will only use Katherine and her properties, I recommend doing the same.

Katherine was awesome! Villa Bianca and the surrounding area is exquisite! The Villa is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic! There is nothing negative that I can say about the Villa or the host. Katherine was very helpful and responsive. She welcomed me and my family when we arrived at the Villa with delicious rum punch. She gave us many recommendations and ensured that we were comfortable at the Villa. This is probably one of the best places to stay in the TCI! I would highly recommend it all of my friends and family!

If you’re thinking about booking this place for your next vacation, you MUST do it. The location is perfect — so close to the most beautiful beach and the private pool was a game changer.

We had a great stay. The Villa was in a great location and we felt safe. On our last day we had a large amount of time between checkout and our flight. We wanted to spend time on the beaches and snorkeling, but wanted to clean up before our flight. Katherine allowed us to use one of her guest houses to clean up, which was nice as it allowed us to enjoy our last day.

Katherine was so helpful and responded immediately to every question. We loved the property and would highly recommend it. Perfect for two couples.

A wonderful villa that is conveniently located, clean and very practical. Katherine was on the spot , owners must be thrilled to have her as the host. We liked the location and the house was nice and clean. Would recommend for a small family or 2 couples.

Turtle Cove was an amazing house. It was so clean and fresh. There was an abundance of kitchen supplies, beach towels and bath towels. The house was so comfortable and the main spaces were large enough to accommodate everyone in our group. The house is conveniently located to everything! And it’s in a very nice upscale neighborhood. The house is surrounded by lush folliage that gives you so much privacy. Katherine went above any other host. She was responsive, a wealth of knowledge, and made our stay in Providenciales so wonderful.

Villa Bianca was amazing, we cannot describe how much of a hidden gem this is. Katherine was a great host and was there upon arrival with a wonderful welcome drink as well! The location was pristine and had everything we needed for relaxing and beaching and more! We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this location enough.

Katherine was such an amazing host! Next time I come back to Turks and Caicos I only want to stay at one of her properties, because she made the experience that much better! Not only did she give us the best recommendations of everything to do in town, she made us feel extremely welcome and safe in a new place. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is communicative, reliable, and kind. Not to mention the house was perfect for our girls trip. Absolutely beautiful location and so clean/peaceful! This home exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for 5 days, and we never wanted to leave! It was beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. We over-packed because they provide every thing needed for a beach vacation. We used the beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment every day. Upon arrival, Katherine met us at the house and had delicious rum drinks waiting for us. She sat with us and went over a map of the island, and all the go-to places for shopping and eating. I cannot say enough about this place. It was secluded, yet convenient, because we used less than a quarter tank of gas driving back and forth from the beaches, and the supermarket. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off the sand before we went inside. This property is gated, which is also a plus. This place felt like home, away from home. You will not be disappointed!

Katherine was absolutely the best host we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond in so many different ways. From great recommendations on restaurants and beaches, to being so accommodating with us extending our stay a day she made the trip easy and that’s all you can ask for when on vacation. She even greeted us with a rum punch making us feel at home right from the beginning! The Villa was clean, well maintained, and a great location to the local beach and restaurants. Only a 9 minute drive to downtown Grace Bay as well. I would recommend Villa Bianca and Katherine over and over again!

Villa Bianca was an incredible place to stay! The house was absolutely lovely and there were so many great amenities! The beds were all very comfortable and the house itself was so well designed, with so many different living areas to maximize the use of the house. We had a fantastic time using the private pool in the mornings into the early afternoon, including opening up the screened-in porch to the house and hooking up to the speakers. We then would get ready and head to the beach in the afternoons. It was a short, easy walk to the beach. The provided beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkel gear were all in excellent condition. There are several restaurants, and a gelato place a short walk from the house. Katherine was such a great host! She was so responsive and so helpful. The check-in instructions and guide she provided were so helpful. We so look forward to coming back and staying at Villa Bianca.

Villa Bianca is an amazing place to spend a week in TCI. It's location is ideal for walking to Grace Bay beach and great restaurants. The villa is immaculate and the beds are so comfortable, the pool gets warmer by the hour and is great to make use of in the evenings, the villa is stocked with everything you would need for your stay from the kitchen to the snorkelling kit, beach chairs and umbrellas. Katherine was always available to answer questions and make recommendations, her knowledge of the Island and places to go are fantastic. We packed in so much in 7 days, but it was not enough with so much to see and do. We hope to be back on the Islands as soon as possible and we will of course want to stay at Villa Bianca.

We had a wonderful stay at Katherine’s villa! The villa itself was very private, open and airy, and the private pool was the highlight to the end of every day. The few minute walk to the beach was so easy and the beach was unbelievably beautiful! Every day we were just one of a few people on the entire beach. The location was close to everything but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which made us feel more like locals than tourists. Katherine was extremely helpful in local recommendations and suggestions and made our travels so much easier with her detailed information. Would definitely recommend Katherine’s villa and would stay again!

We loved our stay at Villa Bianca! It was the perfect place to enjoy a couples trip. Katherine had everything you would need or want for a beach vacation. The beach was a close walk and a great place to take in a swim or a sunset. It felt very private while also being close to many things. We highly recommend Katherine’s place and would come back if we have the chance!

I traveled to Turks & Caicos for my birthday celebration. Katherine’s place was just amazing! My guests and I did not want to leave! The air bnb was clean, convenient location to most of what we wanted to do, and felt like our home away from home. Katherine is very accommodating and detailed as well. I would definitely recommend staying at her place while in Turks and Caicos!

Katherine and her team are absolute pros and went above and beyond to make our stay exceedingly comfortable. It was the type of hospitality I would expect staying at a luxury resort, rather than an rental! The house itself is exactly as described, well equipped, and perfectly located near a beautiful strip of beach as well as several cute restaurants. We spent 2 weeks at the house and felt truly at home!

Beautiful home in the perfect location. Very relaxing. It has everything that we needed. Katherine and Josie were great to work with-very quick to respond and had great recommendations. We hope to get back to Providenciales again and would love to stay here!!
