TCI Family Villa Rentals with all Amenities

If you are thinking about booking BOOK! Me and my guest had the best time here. The private pool was the highlight of our visit. Beach 5 minute walk. Restaurants walking distance. The Unit was beautiful decorated & Clean. Katherine was very helpful and responsive she's the Best. I will definitely be booking this villa again.

I can't say !enough about this beautiful home and surroundings. Katherine was great with all communication and very thorough and helpful with all of the local suggestions. She went above and beyond to arrange our transport from the airport and we even rented their jeep to get us around. Short walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach is a huge plus and we enjoyed the private pool each day before or after exploring beautiful TCI! I highly recommend staying at this Villa!

Katherine and Josie were fantastic hosts. A wealth of information about TCI. The location was a short walk to fantastic snorkeling at Smith’s reef. High quality equipment and furnishings provided for several activities. Host was immediately available, personable and responsive to all my requests.

Amazing house. Great location- right by the gorgeous Grace Bay Beach- only a 5min walk across the street and down a little path. The pool was awesome too and there's a screened in porch where we spent a ton of time. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, floaties and snorkeling gear were provided. My husband and I and our two teenage daughters truly loved our stay here at Villa Bianca and on this magical island!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view! Wish we had booked it for a longer period of time! We were greeted with smiles and rum punch and given very helpful tips of places to visit around the island. 5 minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches I’ve ever seen. It was so nice to have the privacy of our own pool. Abundant supply of beach chairs and rafts. Grocery store and great restaurants less than a 5 minute drive away (Mango Reef and Shark Bite we loved) The private gate added an extra sense of security. We enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood admiring the properties along the coast. Beds were comfy and A/C worked great. Katherine was so helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be back!

From the moment I booked, Katherine was responsive. She sent thoughtful detailed recommendations. The directions to the house were spot on; Katherine included landmarks that make sense!
At the house, Josie greeted us with rum punch and showed where everything is. The kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, cutlery, plates, bowls, pots, pans, tongs - basically for any meal you want to prepare and eat. There's coffee, tea, sugar, stevia and seasonings. There was dish soap and a sponge in its sealed packaging. Everything is clean. Bathrooms have soap and there are at least 10 bath towels and 10 beach towels neatly rolled, with extras tucked away neatly in a drawer. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is huge, light, airy and the bed is comfortable.
This home was a dream. My favorite feature is the glass door which opens up the living room to the screened in porch. It truly was a retreat in Provo paradise. We would love to stay again on our next trip to TCI.

Katherine was so helpful from before we even landed until the last day of our stay. She greeted us with rum punch and told us all of her recommendations for our stay. Anything we needed, she was so helpful with. The water wasn’t getting hot and as soon as we told her, she had it fixed immediately. She even went as far as to give us rides and schedule me a doctors appointment at the clinic on the island when I get sick. I would highly recommend this villa because of the amazing hospitality. The villa itself is also exactly like described on Airbnb in a great central location and we had such an amazing time. I would definitely return and stay here again

I traveled with my mother and good friend and we had such a lovely time at this home. The owners, property manager and care takers really put thought into every corner of this house to make sure you have what you need…and more…during your stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need (seasonings, coffee, tea, new pots & pans, etc.). They also had a temperature controlled water dispenser with 5 gallon jug. The pool was amazing with perfect sun all day and a bunch of pool floats. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkeling gear is available to use. Bedrooms were comfy with great pillows and mattresses and TV’s in each room. Bathrooms were spotless and they provided soap/body wash plenty of towels and wash rags. Wifi worked great and the air conditioning was ice cold. The multiple ceiling fans were great too. I can’t thank Katherine enough for her wealth of knowledge, flexibility, responsiveness and hospitality. If you’re thinking of booking..DO IT!

Very nice home. Five minute or less walk to the beach. Felt safe and comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the right utensils. Loved our stay and all of the little touches that Arthur thought of like beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again. Thank you

The villa was in a great location, easy to get to and 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was very clean and great to have. The villa has everything you need for your stay. We had a rental car which was great to check out Grace Bay and the other beaches on the island. The grocery store is about a 5 minute drive from the villa. Arthur was a great host and easy to get in touch with. Check in and check out was effortless. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to come back to paradise.

A lovely place to stay in Grace Bay/ Turtle Cove. Pool is great when you don’t want the beach. Nearest beach is 5 mins walk, and beautiful of course!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Bianca! As a family, we were looking for a special place to relax and explore-and this home was perfect. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you feel like youre on vacation. The house itself was clean, spacious, and full of charm, with amazing amenities that made our stay so comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and at ease. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Kathrine. She went above and beyond as a host-so helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. From her thoughtfully curated book of recommendations to literally sitting down with us and a map to highlight must-see spots and help us get to know the island, her personal touch made all the difference. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with a truly exceptional host!
