First 3 listings include 20% off. Utilities are included but as power and water are super expensive in the TCI, it is customary to include an AC Fee. The AC is $20 per night and that is what the Mgmt Fee line item is for.

We do extensive cleaning in between guests, the only thing we ask you to do is to take out the garbage regularily and wash your dishes before check out. Please hang up wet towels on towel hooks provided. If you need to wash the towels during your stay, we will leave you some laundry soap. However, for personal laundry, please bring your own tide or buy at Sams Club or IGA on island.
